Dual-Rail Cocktail Import

The same staged pipeline can now run inline for trusted one-at-a-time imports or on a worker rail for queued backlog processing. The history pane shows which rail ran, the current stage, and every persisted stage attempt.

Inline keeps the trusted one-at-a-time lane. Worker rail queues known URLs for the sidecar worker (`npm run worker`).
